|Recommended: YesClean well maintained and safe. — The grounds are well kept, with a nice community. The apartment complex itself is located near everything, but has a tucked away feeling which to me seems like would help with security. The townhouse I am in required little work to get to my standards and seemed well maintained. The amenities are great and the bus to campus is extremely convenient.

|Recommended: YesGood overall — The faculty is great and helpful, and the gym is clean but a little bit small. House is great, but have some bug issues. Some other defect is the smoke of the kitchen might go into the bedroom when cooking even when I close the door. Other than that, it's a wonderful place.

|Recommended: YesGreat place for students — It can get a little noisy, but I like the layout. It's a good way to meet other students and it's. like. its own little community. The maintenance staff is also great. We had a problem with our fridge and they fixed it the next day.
