|Recommended: YesI really like it just a few things. — There’s paint all over our floor from where they repainted and there’s a leak in my bathroom we think but other than that it’s pretty good.
Hey Brooklyn! I apologize for the paint on the floor. Thank you for your report regarding the dripping noise. Maintenance has inspected the issue and confirmed that the sound is coming from the condensation line of the HVAC unit. This is completely normal during periods of extreme humidity or hot weather. |Recommended: YesA great place to live for undergrads — Overall the price is good for the area and quality of apartments.
There are, however, bugs that can get into the apartment more often than they should and some of the construction that was done before we moved in was either unfinished or not cleaned up.
